    ANIOKLY:

"I guess you haven't heard about Obama's ties to lobbyists"

    http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2008/...

"While McCain may relish attacking lobbyists, top officials of his campaign -- including Rick Davis, his campaign manager, and Charlie Black, his chief political adviser -- are themselves well-known lobbyists with long client lists.

McCain had written two letters to the FEC on the sale of a Pittsburgh television station to Paxson Communications. Before the first letter, McCain had flown to campaign events on Paxson's corporate jet 4 times and had received $20,000 in donations from Paxson. The second letter came after the jet ferried him to a Florida fundraiser on a yacht in West Palm Beach.

McCain's campaign denied he had met Lowell "Bud" Paxson. But Paxson told the Post he had met with McCain. Newsweek also reported that McCain himself acknowledged in a 2002 deposition that he had met with Paxson."
