      It has taken a multiparty effort to an extent rdy, but history doesn't lie. There have been more recessions, depressions etc during and after republican presidents, and we have had more republican presidents than democrat in recent history, and even the democrat presidents had a republican congress! I won't say democrats had nothing to do with the situation, but again history doesn't lie.

        I addressed congress. But you are right, there are two sides in congress with opposing views, who do tend to keep things tangled.
        That said, Bush doesn't seem to have a problem with Congress, when they don't give him what he wants, he just goes on tv and tells the world how bad they are.
