    interesting info. definitely agree about the difficulty and challenges for first time buyers -- the pricing of homes and loan requirements/regulations are making it so hard to achieve the american dream of owning a home. i keep trying to believe that it will become a reality. until then, i will keep a watch on home listings, as curiosity will always keep me engaged in this market.
