It's so distressing to see such bitterness and division in the Democrat Party. Hopefully they will be able to sort things out in the next 3-4 months.

I truly and deeply feel their pain and long for them to say that "yes we can" pick a candidate.

"I truly and deeply feel their pain and long for them to say that "yes we can" pick a candidate. "

Last time I checked in with history, the idea wasn't to neccessarily choose a candidate before the national convention, but that the purpose of the national convention was to choose a candidate. Are you a conservative or a modernist? It's so confusing because you bump back and forth as it suits your ideological spew.

As I said previously, I hope that they can come to some sort of conclusion in the next 3-4 months. I find the spiited debate between Obama and Clinton fascinating.

Obama spent 3 times the money as Hillary in Pa and got nailed.

If she gets the votes from Michigan and Florida to count she will surely win.

If only America knew Obama at the beginning of the Primaries as they do now who knows how badly he would be behind in this race.

An' don't forget those pregnant chads.

Which raises a question; if a chad is pregnant does that count as two votes instead of one?

But the Super Delegates should know, shouldn't they??

Unfortunately they don't have the courage to make the decision that needs to be made

I posted this on another thread but it is enlightening

Go run the numbers for yourself

Take a look at the primaries which have already occurred

Calculate the results based upon winner takes all delegates. Remove the states which are certain to go Republican

Is it Clinton or Obama who looks like they are more likely to win in the fall?

Isn't this what the Super Delegates should be doing?

Super Delegates need to stop being cowards and step up to the plate and declare. It's time for this charade to end and for Senator Clinton to conceed. We need to get geared up for the general elections in the fall, even if by some miracle Senator Clinton got the nomination, we still need a demacratic candidate now. Spend the money towards beating McCain in the fall, instead of beating our own party over the head.

Actually according to research , Senator Obama, if CA, in particular were to revote would decimate Senator Clinton. The More the educated among us hear and understand who Senator Obama is, the more they fall in line behind him. Just look at the way this campaign is being funded and ran, not politics as usual, rather unusual politics. A campaign funded by the people and ran by the people. Rememeber for the people, by the people? It's in the constitution, that nobody has bothered to follow the last how many years. Senator Obama is trying to give the people back their government and allow us to have a say in what happens in our government. Is that what so many are afraid of. This is such a new concept to everyone that it scares them. Take back your government and you take back your rights.

If Florida and Michigan do not end up counting, then they stole the nomination from Hillary a woman and are therefore sexists. If Florida and Michigan do count, they've stolen the nomination from Obama which makes then racists.

Either way, the nomination is stolen!

Obummer. Looks like his not chucking the racist American hate preacher really wasn't the wright thing for him to do. IF he was truthful and said he DID hear those hateful things, and, even danced the Funky Chicken to them, but, put two and two together and realized it was stupid, that he SHOULD have left 20 years ago, instead of sticking around and supporting Farakhan-lite, I think he'd have done a little better. But, sticking to the Left, by keeping with Wright, and, throwing away his white grandmother who "raised and sacrificed her life" for the young BHO, well, the ONLY people I see voting for this socialist now, are the Jihadists, Liberals, and those who just aren't all there (I think I just repeated myself).

They've got their Left Wing AND Wright Wing and STILL can't get off the ground, thanks to the Information Age. Thanks to data at our finger tips, the light of truth is exposing a LOT of evil crap now, where, just ten years ago, it was pretty much all hear-say. Thank God for the internet.

I'm with you ranch, the republicans had some really good candidates but we're now stuck with McCain. I did have one thought about the money they are spending. Obama spent twice as much money as Hillary and lost in PA. They say McCain doesn't have a lot of money but he keeps rising in the poles. Then there was Huckaby he did real well with just a few dollars. Ron Paul raised a lot on the net but never won a state primary. What I'm getting at is maybe, just maybe, money isn't as important as the message. Just a thought.

The Democrats as individuals have lost the party as a tool to win back the Presidency. The worst ever Republican administration in US history was a sitting duck in 2008 but they blew it.

When you people get off all the ism's and start talking about the important issues facing this Country? It's not about color, race, religion or even who your spouse is. Whe need someone who has the ability to unite not divide, the ability to exact change not keep the status quo. Young fresh idea's new answers to old questions, transparency in government, Hmm, seems someone already is living up to some of these things. We have an economy in shambles and Senator Clinton talks out of both sides of her mouth when addressing this issue.

If people are stupid enough to vote against whoever gets the nomination because their candidate didn't get it, and the CONS keep power, then they deserve what they're going to get. I'm personally sick & tired of all this childish nonsense, so will take my leave now.

Lets face it; Obama is a black man running for president under Black ideals. He doesn't want people to look at his color but he keeps alluding to it. He wants us to be united but keeps dividing us. He wants to get the message out that he is black and if you don't vote for him or come out against him you are a racist. So then call me a racist, Obama, because not only will I NOT vote for you, I will not listen to your nebulous speeches, and I am doing my best to try to get others to see you the way I do: as a muslim sleeper for not denouncing your muslim background, supporting an antiamerican 'pastor' and 'church' and because of your dealings with Farrakhan

I can't wait for the Dumbocratic convention. History has a funny way of repeating itself and if we are all patient the 'party of the people' will do everthing in its power to self-destruct, especially if they nominate BO. After exhibiting a lack of ability to compromise and govern would any intelligent American be inclined to vote for BO in the general election? He's the radlibs feel-good poster boy to prove 'I,m no racist'. What a bunch of crap that is! Whatever your backgrounds or heritages, I doubt that the majority of Americans can relate to his heritage and background. And just what the hell do they (Dumbocrats) mean by 'change' anyway? They're turning it into a four letter word like they did with 'choice'.

Semper fi, and support the troops. You know damned well BO won't.

What surprises me is the failure of the Clinton camp to legally challenge the withholding of primary votes from Michigan and Florida. The Dumbocrats got all hot and bothered when the Supreme Court crowned King George so there is already precedent for deciding elections. Why aren't the Clinton people using this tactic to force the issue? It's fairly obvious that most states with large populations are voting for Hillary. I find it hard to believe that she is willing to lose the election as a result of the votes from these two states not counting.

                                      Sure he is a racist.

His white half hates his black half, and his black half hates his white half.

Don't forget he identifies with the poor downtrodden african americans, but also remember he is an elitist ivy-leaguer born in hawaii.

And he is bitter. Worshiping at the same church for twenty years and just getting more and more bitter.

And last thing: don't confuse this weird creature you have made up, with the guy running for president.
