KvilleTX,
The debate is NOT anti-bible.
There are MANY scientists that BOTH believe in the bible AND Darwinian evolution. The most notable of these in Francis Collins, head of the National Genome Institute - the Federal agency that is overseeing the Human Genome project.

''Just ONE rational argument in support of your views''
ahhhh
that's the problem
you can't ask that
asking for 'one rational argument' is like expecting someone to produce a rainbow trout that can finish the Boston Marathon
rational thought, reason, and religion and myth mix like chocolate syrup and Foster's Lager
just two different things that don't go together
and when you try to mix them, you get unsupportable stuff like ID
religion and myth is all about unsupportable stuff
the stuff that science and reason has no answer for and is forced to leave blank
some people find the blank spaces unbearable and need to fill them [I would say 'most people' even when they say they are willing to leave those spaces blank, fill them, at least subconsciously, but I don't know most people, only some]
