      Well the cost of all aspects of security for the event, and travel for the first family was most definitely covered by the American tax payer. Beyond that, i can't see it being on our dime however.

      I think it's ironic that the President's daughter, Jenna, chose to have a private ceremony, instead of a lavish one at the White House.

        Yes, indeed, it was ironic. But even bigger mystery of all (for this wedding, of cause) was that president Bush, for officiating it, chooses Rev. Kirbyjon Caldwell, a AFRO-AMERICAN minister from Houston, who has endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama...

        Anybody know WHY?
