--That has got to be one of the damned STUPIDEST statements cons love to repeat. Gee, sparky...Exactly what time is a President officially "off"the clock? Let me guess... When it's Bush reading "My Pet Goat" golfing or biking with Lance Armstrong, right? Anyway, it's not like Clinton flew OVER the devastation in New Orleans (while Americans drowned) on his way to wh0re some misguided social security reform plan that no one was buying, right? Wingjobs and their schizoid perspective crack me up sometimes.
