    I certainly hope they will also consider hemp which is the best source of protien of all plants,as well as containing the most perfect balance of omega3 and omega6 for human consumption.

      I love Quinoa (pronounced Keen-wa). If you have food co-ops in you city, you can probably find it there.

      Yep. Quinoa is yummy. Amaranth was also a sacred plant. The Spaniards were scandalized, because it was being eaten in cakes as part of Indian religious ceremonies, so they banned it, and punished any who cultivated it by cutting off their hands.

      It is now beginning to make a comeback.
