    I love Quinoa (pronounced Keen-wa). If you have food co-ops in you city, you can probably find it there.

      Or at most health foods stores. It's great and can be fixed in so many ways -- as a breakfast cereal, in salads, as a rice substitute, as a pasta substitute, and on and on and on.

        Its a delicious (smoky grain flavor) alternative to wheat for those with gluten restrictions as well.
