    This ship is loaded with 210 tons of toxic polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contaminated material and 250 tons of asbestos, headed for a scrap-breaking beach in India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh. Would be a terrible shame if these toxic chemicals are released in the process of scrapping, contaminating the environment and workers - before the US government through EPA or the Justice Department takes action in recalling the ship.
