On Thursday, Carl Icahn sent an open letter to Yahoo! Chairman Roy Bostock, outlining his ''plans" for Yahoo! He wants to unseat the board, replace them with a board of his choosing, and reignite the Microsoft merger talks. Bostock, of course, fired back, but CEO Jerry Yang did, in emails to both all-hands and to senior executives at Yahoo!.
