A study of 1,155 women suggests that higher intake of certain fruits and vegetables such as carrots may be associated with a decreased risk of glaucoma.

      my fav is a simple baked chicken breast, a little bit of canola oil and 3 or 4 whole carrots cut in chunks,with seasonings on it,cover with foil, bake for an hour until chicken is done, the carrots will be soft but not mushy, and the chicken broth will soak the carrots. I eat ALL the carrots, seems like a lot of carrots at one sitting, but I swear my night vision has improved.
