I agree, what parts have been violated. I mean by the President. We already know Congress by the action of Nancy Pelosi violated it by acting as the Secretary of State last year. The Supreme Court has at times been an activist court writing laws rather than enforcing them. But what has the President done, that violates the Constitution. By powers authorized in the Patriot act, Congress gave the President sweeping powers. Congress authorized going into Iraq based on the same information the last 3 presidents were given regarding Saddam.

I'm not sure that pelosi violated the constitution by speaking with a foreign government, but there certainly plenty of examples of the congress violating the constitution: such as when they gave away their power to declare war to the executive- an act express forbidden by the constitution (giving away of powers)
the supreme court has also violated the constitution it is true: ex: overruling the florida state supreme court in 2000 in the election when the constitution clearly states that the states shall determine how their electors are chosen.
as for the president, well the first example that springs to mind would be the wiretapping without warrants, which a federal court has already ruled unconstitutional, yet he kept doing anyway.
and btw, the congress cannot pass legislation which overrules the constitution, only an amendment can overrule something previously written in the constitution. so the Patriot act doesn't allow for abridging Constitutional Law.
