actually, quite often you have to protest in a "free speach zone" which is a cage away from the site of the political event, this violates the freedom to congregate stipulation in the 1st amendment.
we are given christian holidays as work holidays but no other religion (hardly a big deal, but still)
it doesn't really matter whether your calls are worth listening to, when your privacy is violated, it is violated.
the concept behind the way the constitution is written is to limit the federal government as much as possible while still allowing them to provide us with infrastructure (re: tenth amendment) so every time the govt takes on new powers outside of its assigned responsibility it is taking powers away from the states and/or people without the authority to do so. this is a problem.
