first, I am not a liberal.
I don't know the homosexual thing is you are talking about, but it doesn't seem worth researching.
warring against a problem is usually a bad way to solve it. nor do I think it is our responsibility to end world poverty (I'm not even sure it can be done)
I was actually thinking about oil, tobacco, and miltary industrial corps, the ones you named I would call PACS or Lobbys and would apply equal blame for hijacking our govt.
I am not sure what CA case you are referring to, but if true that would be a perfect example of what I am talking about.
Eminent Domain-Theoretically Judges are non- political (excuse me, I have to pause while I recover from laughing) but bith sides of the aisle have takebn advantage of this clause.

2000 election, whether or not they changed the election results, they SCOTUS has no authority to be involved in states choosing their electors.
the govt can listen all they want-with a warrant!
