Saddam himself in his last confessions said there was no WMD. The only reason I could see that Bush wouldn't use this revelation as propaganda to support the Iraq war is if the gas shells they found had "Made in the USA" all over it.

  You are putting words in his mouth he didn't say. He said he kept the word going out that he had them to frighten Iran. That does not mean he had none.
