My taxes went up under Bush. My spending power is down. And we still have a war to be paid for.
It's a shame that the cost of this war can't be passed on to the idiots that voted for Bush. I'm tired of paying for other people's mistakes.

Wasted away again in Margaritaville! Oh the other even richer guy? OK, let's see he endorses at such a late date and it's supposed to mean what? This is like betting on a horse that's 3 links ahead and about 8 inches from the finish line. This was such a brave move on the billionaires part don't you think?
The only reason the left likes this rich man is he talks about the rich giving more taxes, which in turn gives more power to the Government and less to the people. When you think of the argument against a 'flat' tax on everyone, the left says it's not fair because the 10% taken from the rich guy doesn't hurt him or her enough. The same can be said for the ultra rich billionaire that calls for more taxes compared to the family that makes 200K a year wouldn't you think?

A flat tax isn't unfair. It is a blueprint for a banana republic. The wealthy get richer at a super fast rate under that scheme and soon all the wealth of the nation is in the hands of a tiny group of elite families. They own the government and use it as a private defense force to keep them on top generation after generation.
If this is your dream state, just move to Hatti. They already have things set up just like you want them.

Has nothing to do with him endorsing Obama. Most people (especially liberals) like him and have liked him LONG before Obama was even on the scene. Why? because he speaks the truth, has done so for decades, is probably the most brilliant financial mind of our time, and is literally the most charitable person in the history of mankind... Nobody has ever donated as much as he has. And he didn't even wait till he was dead to do it.

You may be able to provide links to someone claiming all rich people are evil, but you certainly are stretching the truth when you say that's what most people here say.
As a Christian, you should know what Jesus had to say about the matter. "And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." Mat. 19:24
You also should know that money is not the root of all evil. The full quote is "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." 1 Tim. 6:10. It is the lust for money I condemn here.

I noticed that, too. It's kind of like being accused of being racist and sexist, as I have, because I support neither Obama nor Clinton. Until I make clear that I have endorsed Condoleezza Rice - a black woman - for president for the past 10 months. Then suddenly I'm an "elitist Repugnicon", because they can't play the race or gender card anymore.
It's like I've always said: "Stupid, STUPID Liberals".
