You forget that Bush makes jokes over his use of the language. Many people are like that. Liberals like to make it out that it means that he is stupid. But when their boy Obama does it we are picking on him.
Part of Obama's problem is sometimes he says something without thinking it through and then refuses to back down and admit it was off the cuff. An example is his answer to if he would meet Iran's president without pre conditions and said yes. That is stupid not to back off of. The president of the US meeting with anybody is an extremely big deal.
He is willing to meet with the president of Iran. This man has vowed to erase Israel and espouses the Islamic view of world domination by Islam. He also says that the Shiite imam descendant of Muhammad who died several hundred years ago is giving him guidance and approval in what he does. Think about the apparent approval the world and his country sees if a POTUS meets with him. Foolish.
