He recently said he would do the same with Castro. Liberals are angry over the prison we have in Cuba. Nobody ever says anything about how the prisoners are treated under Castro or how they export their soldiers elsewhere. Prisoners are given starvation food and no medical treatment. If someone starts selling sandwiches from their house they are arrested and thrown in jail for crimes against the state. Where is the liberal outcry over this. And he wants to meet with someone who does this to his own people? Foolish.
Nothing he could ever say will change these peoples minds about anything unless he threatened force. You don't do that in face to face meetings. Diplomats do that.
