    I doubt Bush could anymore tell you what a neocon was at the beginning of his term than tell you the difference between a Sunni and Shia. He was a blank slate that has been written all over. He can claim to be "the decider" but seeing him in those briefings after Katrina showed his true colors. All of the important decisions have been decided from the neo-con point of view. Chyeney's has been the dominant voice. And as all we know Cheney is not one to compromise or listen to others opinions. That is the problem. He has made this a black and white world when there are so many subtle hues. GW Bush was never meant to be President. God certainly didn't ordain him. He has been a weak, spineless, ineffectual commander in contrast to the virulent cowboy image he once tried to portray.
