Fewer options? Before you attack someone for wanting to join our family, perhaps you should ask a few other questions. Why don't you think defending the USA is a worthy profession? I often work with joint operations. Why isn't the freeing of the Iraqi people from murdering cut throats or worse from Saddam, not a worth cause? Is an Iraqi child any less worthy of freedom than an American?
So far from the blogging I've read over the last year and from other resources, the American economy is chugging along. Your fuel prices are out of control but the manufacturing base that exports seems to be doing very well. Again, this is from what I've read in the blogs and heard. But things are not as terrible as many on the left want you to believe. The same stunt was done when Clinton came to power and the pattern hasn't changed.
