Why the ever present American fear of "Big Government"? I can understand why many of you fear the present administration, but government in general?
The trick is to get the government to work for you, not to allow it to become sort of self perpetuating Machiavellian nightmare. Perhaps if it spent more of your tax dollars providing much needed services to your citizens at home instead of trying to kill off poor people of colour on the other side of the world, you might have a somewhat higher regard for government.

The problem is you don't provide for you own. You may give that idea lip service, but that's as far as it gets.
Your citizens have been brain washed when it comes to political ideologies, you've been taught to fear things you just don't understand.
My government doesn't pay for health care, we the citizens do through taxation. Taxation isn't a bad thing as long as your tax dollars are being spent the way you want them to be spent.
Are you telling me you would rather see your tax dollars going to kill innocent people abroad rather than helping your citizens at home?

Decentralization... a recurring repug lie! Its Bush and the former Repug congress that threw out so much federal regulation that has gotten us where we are now... with the only folks profitting being the folks allowed to have a greater monopoly!
