    We need to be conservative, not liberal, in our laying waste of the world's natural resources. It's not just energy: our wastefulness has put our food (fisheries) and water resources in jeopardy. We really don't need to cut our USE: all we need to do is reduce our WASTE. Can anyone think of some suggestions for doing so?
