Why would you make a comment like this? Especially since GWB is a big believer in big government with less rights for the citizens of this country. How can anyone forget that it was GWB who said that our constitution is just a GD piece of paper. GWB has done more to bring this country closer to a dictator than any other in history.
The candidates name is spelled Obama and he has NEVER backed or supported a policy that dictates the number of children a family can have. Obama does want to give them an education and health care. That is something that our anti abortion, conservative, republican crowd is strongly opposed to. So, if you are trying to misconstrue this comment to mean he's socialistic - Than so be it! You'll be the first to scream when the Republicans privatize the public school system and you're charged $6,000 a year per child to attend.
Do America a favor and yank your head out of your a$$.

Releasing the "one-child" rule for the victims of the earthquake was an act of humanity in some way. Naturally, the loss of a child can never be substituted, but the feeling of complete desperation might be partly cured. I was surprised in a positive way, when I heard about this decision of the Chinese government and I hope that it will give a new perspective to many couples who lost their most beloved!

China hasn't been effectively enforcing that policy for many years. China never was able to completely implement it in many rural areas. One billion plus people is enough! The Chinese currently aren't serious about the long term prospects of feeding their population, as their own agricultural production is falling.
