        He had hosted a series on AMC about a year ago, his insights were brilliant!

        We studied Tootsie in a film making class. It was regarded by the professor as the most structurally sound comedy he'd ever critiqued, citing Pollack as a genius and "weaver of the imagination."

        I didn't even realize he was sick.

          Truly one of the great directors of all time. Almost all of his films are classics, and should be in everyone's film collection.
