I really have to wonder if Bush and Cheney will stay in the country to actually see the next president be inaugurated.
Everyone knows they're criminals, and the silence and inaction surrounding them is deafening.

It gets a little confusing, a 'he-said, she-said' kind of thing; but there is a key element at the end of the article which seems utterly damning...
Bush told the nation he would fire anyone found participating in the leak of Valery Pflame's CIA status.
In a key conversation with McCellan, he admitted giving permision to Libby to reveal classified info. When this was revealed, it was thought Bush was referring to the NIE report on Iraq. But that report had been official declassified 10 days BEFORE the permission went down to Libby.
The only 'secret' Libby revealed after the permission, was that administration critic Joe Wilson's wife, Valery Pflame, was CIA.
Technicaly, that was a treasonous offence that could get Libby executed, if he did not have very top permission.
