As an anti-dolphin measure Congress is debating the construction of a National Safety Moat, a fifty foot deep twenty yard wide channel dug along all of America's exposed coast line and filled with water. "Let's see those dolphins get across THAT!" said Congressman Daniel Walters who co-sponsored measure.

I have it on goood authority, they were planning to attack the Tuna canneries next.
We don't look like no stinking Tuna squealed Flipper while splashing water in the face of Charlie the Tuna. Hey do I look like Bill Parcells? LOL

Strange that they do this. Maybe dolphins and whales just, sometimes, get to the point where they tire seafood and want to see if there IS more to life, a "higher PORpoise", as some say? Maybe they know something we don't know. Well, WHO in the pod is the leader, the Jim Jones, the Doe in this decission to beach themselves? That can't be a comfortable way to go, yet, they do that, inspite of being pulled back out to sea. And, they've been doing this beFORE the invention of the submarine and sonar.
