FTA:
"Neo-Nazi, skinhead and segregationist groups have reported gains in numbers of visitors to their Web sites and in membership since the senator from Illinois secured the Democratic nomination June 3. His success has aroused a community of racists, experts said, concerned by the possibility of the country's first black president."
"The new interest has led to a debate among white supremacists about how to harness it. So far, groups have executed a few small efforts to disrupt Obama's campaign. A bar in Georgia sells T-shirts depicting Obama's campaign slogan under the image of a monkey."
Does anyone recall when the Nazis used pictures of monkeys to describe the Jews? Have you noticed more anger and contempt by some extremist right-wingers on propeller since Obama's victory?

The assertion that anyone who chooses not to vote for Obama is a racist or that race is the main factor in their decision just reeks of simple minded, miopic thinking.
Maybe they just like McCain better. Frankly, for me, I dont want some ahole re-distributing my wallet.

Thanks hurr. Some people are too afraid of these goons so they remain silent and do not get involved, though they see it happening right under their noses.
The good news is there are many people on Propeller who will stand up to them and expose them for what they are and what they are attempting to accomplish.

As I contribute to the Southern Poverty Law Center, I receive their 'Intelligence Report' periodically. I was stunned to see the number of hate groups in my state, which is liberal. The increase of these groups overall is huge, and isn't limited to clowns who run around in the woods playing 'macho' games. One 'christian' pastor of a mega church (Shepherds Chapel in Arkansas) preaches a theology that identifies an 'evil race' he calls the "Kenites".....meaning Jews. And the mainstream isn't without these freaks. My gawd, pat buchanan, a white nationalist, is given a place on MSM! (MSNBC). buchanan backed james edwards radical right radio show in Memphis! All this craziness is going to come to a head. Everything has its tipping point.

Below is one of the recent anti-Semitic slurs that I have received, when I referred to the "imperial presidency" of GWB. Because, I dared to refer to him as the "Fhuher," which means "leader" in German, this extremist bigot followed my comment with this disgust remark below. (BTW... thanks to all of you who denounced that comment and expressed your support to me.)
"You give Spadecaller waaaaaay too much credit.

That remark angered me so much I literally wanted to pound the persons head into a wall. That was how uncalled for the remark made was to me.
I cannot understand so called Christians speaking and behaving like that.
How many of the neocons negged that remark? Hmmmmmm.
Racist, maybe.
Hateful toward any they see as taking away their chance of control. Yeah!!!! It doesn't matter what color or belief you have if you don't agree with them.
Not all of them. There are some decent people out there. Whom I think of as alright people. But the haters. Man they call themselves Christians then act like they don't know what Christ taught.

The KKK always used white sheets to hide their identities; on the internet they also can hide out and promote their sick ideologies. WE have our share of them on propeller.
It's suprising how propeller has TErms of Use that prohibits these inflammatory statement; but they, for some reason, do not enforce them. I wonder why... maybe its the entertainment value it provides them. I really don't know.

The Following comment is from "The Realizer;" he is having difficulty posting on this thread and forwarded this:
"For the first time in the 50 years that I have been a registered voter there is no one running who reflects my views. When I was growing up there was a good chance that a kid could come off the farm or out of the projects and be sucessful. This is no longer the case, we have been offshored and outsourced until there is very little for the working class kid to look forward to.
I see no one in national politics who is interested in strengthening the dollar or curbing the out of control inflation. I had hoped for someone with the Ron Paul mindset to get some national exposure. It aint gonna happen
the U S as a world power is on a rapid decline..."

I see the same thing everyday and I too longed for a real candidate but alas, like the comment above, It ain't gonna happen.
When the leaders of this country care more about themselves than the people they represent it breeds all kinds of stupidity and hate. There are those in every facet of society that will take advantage of that unrest and lead those who will never be an active participant in the process into the degrading of anyone who does not see their point of view, or their belief system. A shame really but there are more who will have no truck with the likes of these idiots than those who strive for a better way and mutual understanding. Hang in there SC. It's always darkest just before the dawn.

Guys,
It's too bad; that out there, somewhere, are a bunch of idiots that think they know what's right and what's wrong... in their way of thinking. And some "uppity *&$%%#@#%^ " in the WHITE HOUSE, leading this nation; 'aint right. Or, is even "morally" right.
I don't know whether OBAMA is good or bad; but, he does have the right to try. So, let him try...

Those who have the inability to look beyond race, colour, creed or religion are the true "mentally challenged" of this planet. Alas, we live in a "free" society, where they are "free" to propound their views, beliefs & idiocy.
I personally dislike Obama for several reasons, principal being that he appears to have learnt how to be a politician (double-speak, "flip-flopping", following the polls to HIS own gain, etc), NOT because of the colour of his skin....
Having lived on three continents & visited 5 numerous times, I have a simple phillosophy :-
"There are the good, the bad and the ugly..... Then there are politicians......"
Then again, I'm not a US citizen, so have no say in who the US votes in.....

Well sir I am 50/50 with your statement.
I agree that all have the right to express themselves, and also that politicians are a low life form
I disagree with your view on Obama, for all his faults, and they are just as equal to McC's, he has a different approach to many of the problems that have been snowballing out of control for the last 25-30 years; is he the answer, probably not, but he is a step in the right direction, something has to change.
Also, as a Canadian I firmly believe that you and I and any other NATO country that is in Afgan have every right to voice our opinions in what USA is doing, we are there in support of our friend and ally and if our countrymen can shed their blood in response to 9/11's attack on USA then we can also voice our opinions.

It doesn't bother me that some of the Youtube videos that I have submitted get a couple of sinks; but how do you explain why anyone would sink videos like this one below. What kind of person would sink a video like this one. A real puzzlement...
Funny that it's entitled "Anti-Social Studies":

Thank you for posting this SC.
The RNP and republicans haven't got anything on Obama so they have to use the race card and all the other things we've seen posted here on propeller.
I hate to say this, but IMO, it's only going to worse the closer we get to the election.
BTW I liked the "Anti-Social Studies." As to why some of your videos get sinks, I dunno. I think some members here will sink your stuff no matter what you post.

It is important to emphasise that the Repulican party is not racist; nor is everyone who is against Obama.
Granted they are souless big-business lackeys with a fondness for avoiding military service, but they are not equivalent to nutcases from the KKK.

Ciera,
That's so funny. I don't recall Obama even being a candidate for the nomination when your ilk poured forth racial slurs on Condi Rice.
Instead of bloviating about your useless opinions of those not too fond of Obama, how 'bout you check out the mirror once in a while? 'Fraid it'll break?
The only change some of you liberals know is to grow more fangs than you had yesterday.

"What you try not to think about is that maybe if Obama wins, it will create a very demoralizing effect," Doggett said. "Maybe people see him in office, and it's like: 'That's it. It's just too late. Look at what's happened now. We've endured all these defeats, and we've still got a multicultural society.' And then there's just no future for our viewpoint."
One can only hope this is true. If they are so disconsolate at the prospect of an African American President maybe they should leave the country. Hell may be a bit toasty but it suits them.

Excellent point splitrch.
If they refuse to live in a multicultural society; they can either try to exterminate or silence everyone who does not meet their requirements, or they can find a deserted Island or continent. Perhaps Antartica might do; it's melting pretty fast.

I think we can all agree, racism and bigotry are bad human traits. We should as humans, stand against both, no matter from whence it comes and against who it's wielded. Whether it's from Supremacists as this well thought out thread states (Kudos Spade) or any other group or organization the hate comes from.
So, in the name of balance and for the cause of doing away with racism forever, no matter the source, I'm posting this link.

Ah I see, Spade, you don't want to clean your own house as you decry the filth of you neighbor's. I thought so.
Well since you most likely didn't read it I'll post a few tid bits,,,, just to show you that your party is far from the bastion of hope and goodness you try and portray as you condemn the right.
Of course you will say I'm a racist, but I'm just pointing to the 'truth' about racism in America as a whole and that both sides are culpable, unlike you, that hides one sides racism and points only to the other's.

Tell me Slate, what did you add to the conversation with this link. You statement is on the mark - I agree with every word you wrote. Then you deepen the divide by posting your own brand of racism. It seems that you don't want to move forward. Do you want to stay in the gutter in order to keep others down there too? The only way we are going to move forward is by not looking backwards.
Do you feel personally insulted by the nature of this thread?

Those who promote hatred have right now a pefect enviroment to do so, your country has suffered lately from the morgage problems as well as a loss of jobs because of out sourcing and now the crippling effects of high energy prices. When people start to get scared it is a proven fact that sometimes logical thinking is the first thing to suffer. These people who promote hate do so by causing fear in people and placing the blame on a target that is easy to notice, the target at times is the Jewish people or Muslim people or people of different race or ethnic backgrounds, it is easy to see why they would target Barack Obama right now, he is the most visible target with so many differences and the sad thing I see is that because of peoples uncertainties right now thatthose who promote hatred will likely find much support.

Not surprisingly, in all the lies and accusations of racism by the radical left wing, the truth becomes distorted not only about the Republicans but also the Democrats who make these accusations themselves. For instance, you may or may not have heard Democrat Senator Robert Byrd's outburst of racist bigoted slurs, more specifically the "n-word," on national television in March of 2001. Amazingly, this incident of blatant racism on national television drew barely a peep from the NAACP, Jesse Jackson, Julian Bond, Mary Frances Berry, or any of the other ambulance chasers who purport themselves to be the leaders of the civil rights movement. In contrast, the main source of well deserved criticism for Byrd's racist outburst came not from any of the so called leaders of the civil rights movement but from from Republican Majority Leader Dick Armey (source).

The race hustlers Jackson, Mfume et al turned a blind eye towards this act of racism by one of their own party, at most issuing an unpublicized slap on the wrist, or, as was more often the case, making not a peep. But where the race hustlers turn a blind eye and spew their lies, it is up to conservatives to set the record straight with the truth.

"The far right is every bit as bad as the far left. "
Good point Klarissa; in fact I would point out that the world being round, the far-left IS the far-right; the lines merge at some point on the floor of hell.
There is plenty about Obama's family, the black half and the white half. He wrote a best seller about it.
You don't hear as much about it on AM radio; can't imagine why.
I will not riot; I will take a deep breath and support President McCain in his roundup of the missing Emails from Bush's era. McCain has got some serious anger issues with Rove and company.
But I don't expect McCain to win. I am looking forward to the Dixie Chicks playing at President Obama's Inaugural ball.
And the rumors that there will be riots if Obama doesn't win, come from Rush's Operation Chaos and company.

Show me a remark from the left on this thread or from any place on propeller that is as heinous and despicable as those made like the one I listed above... regarding the "ovens".
Lets see it...
Do you actually defend those kinds of remarks and make excuses for them? Do you really believe they are warranted and acceptable?

This election cycle is going to reveal the true covert and overt racist aspects of America to itself and the world at large. It will not be pretty. It will frighten some, encourage many to participate, and leave, I think, most in stunned disbelief.
This is shaping up to be the most important election in American history for many, many reasons.
Spade, you are a high-profile target.

There's too much goofiness in Obama's background that isn't sitting right with a lot of people. The media may love him, and there seems to be a vocal groundswell of support that the media endlessly covers, but the silent majority is going to shut him down in November.

I have voted for what I thought was the best candidate for the job (Presidency)and it never occured to me that they had to be white or we were doomed. I am so glad that blacks don't riot because we elect someone who may have come from one of those org. that only accept whites, or have said something in their past that was racially bias against them.I am embarassed to say that there are a lot of blacks that carry themselves better then some of these that are commenting. SHAME ON US. JUST BACK AWAY FROM THE KEYBOARD AND NEVER GIVE US YOUR OPINION AGAIN. RIOTS GEEZ!!!
