Right ... war is ok, but pro-choice is not.
NO one can claim to be "pro-life" unless they really mean it and are consistent about it.
Anyone who is against pro-choice but is for the death penalty and for war is NOT "pro-life" - they are only "pro-BIRTH".
Such hypocrisy is stunning, or should be to anyone with any common sense.

The taking of a life is the taking of a life - period.
Read the Bible - especially the new testament - and tell me if there is ANYTHING in there that gives anyone a "free pass" to kill a SUPPOSED enemy versus killing an "innocent".

"It is well that War is so terrible;lest we grow too fond of it." General Robert E. Lee
WAR
Only those who don't comprehend its unspeakable horrors feel affection for it ... those who sat in a clean theater and 'oohed' at the exploits of faux soldiers, sailors, and Marines and dreamed of one day wielding the baton ... those who have no personal connection to combat ... these are the ones who should NEVER be given authority over warriors.
Viet Nam - the bean-counters and the 'armchair warriors' took upon themselves the power to override the field commanders, for there were fortunes to be made ... and those who made them were often generous to those who opened the gates ...
Now we gaze upon another Field of Death; neat white crosses depicting those who fell in battle, all too often a closed casket service, hidden from the public eye - for all the "Armchair Generals" had learned from Viet Nam was to hide the cost of their profits ...
