The rich and powerful will want to remain rich and powerful. Walmart is bigger/more income than most countries. Exon is bigger/more money than all of Saudi arabia. the average ceo makes 350 times more than the average employee. The super rich are exponentially leaving behind the mear rich. There are well over 2000 billionaires on the planet, holding more money than the 3 billion humans who make up the lowest incomes on the planet. There are over 2 billion people who survive on less than 1 dollar a day.
the super rich want to stay that way. Bushes first and most significant act was to abolish the inheritance tax, bring back the age of aristrocracy, with this difference. The new superclass has NO NATIONALITY. They move their money to whereever it is taxed less. They move their labor and companies to dubai, in Haliburtons case.
Once you have about 50 million in the bank, you can get a Gulf Stream Jet, and join the super class. Have lunch with the president of Brazil.

Being taxed too much in USA? move to whereever you can conduct business unfetterd and free to polute, and pay nothing for labor or health insurance for employees.
Or, better yet, move to america, where the regulations for mortgage investment is written by mortgage wallstreet speculators. Where energy policy written by Exon, and wars are waged with tax dollars to protect the intrestes of big oil. Or national health policy is written by the insurance industry, which gets 50% of all health dollars.
You want to change any of this? Good luck. YOu want the same, vote Republican. the party of status quo, stay the course, make the superrich richer.
