    This isn't about overturning a Constitutional Amendment. You are the one who is talking about using a Constitutional Amendment to DENY rights to people instead of GRANT them which is the point of the Constitution in the first place.

      To further bolster your point: The Constitution is not about granting rights at all. Rights are ASSUMED. The Constitution specifically prevents inherent rights from being infringed upon. It doesn't even give the full list of all our rights.
