      200,000 young Catholics are expected to attend the conference. They will celebrate and reaffirm their faith, enjoy a collegial exchange of ideas, and discuss ways in which young people can work to benefit others.

      Naturally, some people see this as an opportunity to "annoy" them.

      The court ruled that the laws designed to make the convention feel welcome were unduly restrictive of free speech. This certainly appears to be a correct decision, but we are left to wonder why some people want to disrupt a convention which is so obviously intended to promote good works. There is a sickness abroad in the land--the self-righteousness of non-believers seems to have crowded out tolerance for the beliefs of others entirely.
