    This is a good one Altnrg. There are some very good ideas in the article. I especially liked the recycling of rainwater and the alternate building mnaterials.

    But there is a danger also. We have to be vigilant against mandatory inclusions. These things have a way of becoming favorable to special interests.

    An example would be the taking of land from private owners called Immenent Domain " for the good of society". Under the Bush Adm this has been bastardized into taking private citizens right to own because a business concern would yield a higher tax benefit to the state.

    Don't believe it? Do some research. In my own state, a Shopping Center Developer was able to take land from private citizens for this exact reason.

    We need change in 2008 and it is not just for going green.

      Why would you blame Bush for your state's action? He wouldn't support such an action.

        That was a supreme court action that the administration opposed. One of the stupid liberal decisions that the court has made recently.
