I live in Wisconsin. We go past the big shopping malls every weekend. No downturn here parking lots are full. These people do not have their lunch in those bags, they are spending. Sure Home sales are down, Sure a small percentage (less then 2%) are losing their homes due to bad loand and greedsy lenders. as prices are high $3.89 in Wisconsin. We will adjust as we all have in the past. This new housing bill will help a few people and many lenders will get rich, Congress does not get it. When 74% of the people who contacted Congress said no they still did it.
