Lieberman At Hagee Conference: U.S. Should Attack Iran because God Hates Israel's Enemies »
Posted By jovial 11 months, 3 weeks ago in NewsDespite popular outcry from the American Jewish community, Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman pressed ahead with his third annual appearance at John Hagee's summit for Christians United For Israel (CUFI), an evangelical group with powerful fundraising capabilities and long-standing ties to DC insiders including President Bush. Over 42,000 petitioners called for Lieberman to renounce the controversial televangelist as Senator John McCain did this past May when it was discovered Hagee was selling DVDs which included a speech he made implying that the creation of Israel was the result of God's plan for Hitler to wipe out six million Jews.

This Lieberman character is a psycho. If he wants war so bad he should gear up and be placed on the front line. It's real easy to call for war and sit back in his cozy mansion and root for the young men and women that make the sacrifices.

Let us all be cognizant of the fact that Lieberman was Obama's mentor.

Using that non sequitur, if god hates Israel's enemies then the U.S. should attack John Hagee.

Well, he was already Al Gore's VP choice. That was equally scary and indicates the MAJOR problem we have with israel-first traitors in our country.

Lieberman, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, quoted scripture stating Israel was a gift to the Jews from God, who added "I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you." Lieberman also told the audience he preferred Hagee and his supporters over the tens of thousands of anti-war petitioners, organized chiefly through the pro-Israel advocacy group J Street.>>>>>
What he's saying is he supports a holy war, with the US drug into it. This man is crazy. No other way to say it. Only a few decades ago he'd have been run out of DC on a rail, and his constituents calling for his removal from the Senate. It's obvious that our system is permeated with right wing religious freaks, including controlling our media. Are Americans really this stupid???

I say, before America goes after Israel's enemies, which are the enemies of anyone who DOESN'T have his or her butt up in the air fives times a day, America needs to experiment with the Ka'aba to give the enemies of freedom, Muslims, a chance to think things over first. If that fails, THEN I say consider Lieberman's proposal.
