Targeted at casual users, Calories is a perfect compliment to body building, fitness and other sports. Focused on ease-of-use, users may select foods from the applications database and add them to breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacking categories. Calories then calculates and displays the total consumption of calories, carbs, fat and proteins for the whole day, or for one of the categories.
