I am darkness, light not yet born, chasms of blackness, no spark has formed. My pupils dilate and relax; wider larger and sedate, for a second I give way, and enjoy this state. And then a spark. Explosion. Embers erupt in reflection, flames leap in all direction, arching high and sky ward, curving bright and upwards. I am an orange reddish glow, my symmetry dips into a bow, and sphere of molten glass, relents cooling at last. As the glimmer retreats and furnace subsides, I am formed as surface, and fiery inside spark, I am more than flame, I am atom with name.
