Where’s the Barack Bump? »
Posted By pc25 1 year, 5 months ago in NewsNot long before Barack Obama delivered a “major foreign policy speech” in Germany Thursday, where he was treated like the Fifth Beatle (including by the U.S. press corps), the latest NBC/Wall Street Journal poll showed that he trails McCain as the candidate best suited to be the commander-in-chief by more than 2-to-1 (53 percent to 25 percent).

"no “Barack bump” has materialized from this week’s trip and few doubts about his ability to lead the U.S. in wartime have been soothed. Obama’s overall negatives are four points higher than John McCain’s (34 percent vs. 30 percent). Asked which candidate had strong leadership qualities, respondents chose Senator McCain by an 11-point margin, 42 percent - 31 percent. Better experience? McCain by 34 points. More consistent in standing up for his beliefs? McCain again, 38 percent - 30 percent."-

Well, I know I'm now converted.
I'm an Obamanite through and through.
I'm buying the bumber stickers to put all over my bicycle, I'm getting the t-shirts so that I can have his likeness close to my body, and I'm getting the Obama sheet set so that he can protect me through the night. This is truly the moment in my life I've been waiting for and only now do I realize that his position on the issues and past experience are foolish things to ask about.
Let us all bask in the glory of his greatness.

NOT born in the U.S.?
This is a little disturbing:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLrGQaPnz6c&feature=relatedI just found this and now I'm wondering if my recent conversion to Obamahood was smart. I'm so confused.

I'm telling you, Nixie....The guys a fake and some cracks have already been seen in his mannerisms, his approach to politics, and his desperate need for power...
He cares less about America and what she stands for and more about his own personal empire...
It's truly sad that libs have been led astray...
Of course libs are usually that stupid....

Where's the Obama Bump?
Good question. Probably right here!
"Gallup Poll: Obama By 6, Is There A Europe Effect?"
47% for Obama, 41% for McBush. But, Cons and Repukes know you just can't trust that damn Gallup Poll. Totally unreliable and those respondents were REALLY for McInsane, they just didn't realize it.

Unless and until Obama breaks 50 percent and remains there for a few weeks, or he leads McCain by double digits for the same number of days, and improves his standing on some of these attributes, the race is a fight to the finish.
