Yes and McCain knows how to win wars...after all, his mommy gave him a total toy soldier collection when he was a boy. After that he watched all the John Wayne movies

and even "the longest day". So that alone qualifies him as a great general, right up there with Patton, MacArthur, and other really true soldiers. Blah -

What war? We won. Lets hand it over and get out. McCain will never do this, he will never admit defeat OR victory. It is time to move on, wrap it up and focus on Afghanistan. Wouldn't hurt to put some $$ back into the USA as well... Obama can build true coalitions, not only to wage war but to wage peace as well. Does it matter what the Germans say? Of course it does! No man is alone unto himself, and neither is a country. Time to own up to the facts and start working with the rest of the world, not against it. Only we can decide if we are to be relavent or not in the future. Military might fades quickly when your economy is failing, and if we don't take the lead in world affairs we will find ourselves on the sidelines with a broken machine. Obama is showing leadership, McCain is trying his skills as a sniper. I want a leader, not a sniper. Respect to his service, but it's time to retire.
