My Green Card through marriage application had been rejected. I didn’t know how it happened. I thought that nobody could be rejected if they are married to an American citizen and applies for a Green Card through marriage. I was so wrong!

Life is tough and you looked for the easy way. OOOPPs sorry..... To many apply, BUT, we have standards to go by. My friend is married to an illegal one from mexico. He has been here 10 years and slipped through the cracks. Still is... I feel for you, but when and if we take care of unknown ones, THEN, we can see to exepting ones we do know. With 12 million people in this country that is unknown, And mostly sending amercan money to mexico, to bring family and friends here illegay , I look at motive... Why do you want to be here and not stay where you were and help your country be a better place.

Why come here? Let's look at this from a business perspective. If you have money in a country where the economy is bad, it is difficult to run a successful business. But, if you come to the US with a eb5 visa program, you will then be able to immediately enter the country, become a citizen, and start a profitable business to to all the disposable income that American's have. This is one reason why some immigrants would want to come here.
