Seeing there was 4 Economic Analyst that testified before Congress that Congress could pass a reform bill that would cause Gas prices to fall immediately to below or near $2.00 a gallon , I would say it is Congress's fault , wouldn't you ?
Democrat or Republican , if you can pass a bill that would end a Nations Economic problems and you do nothing , you are at fault !
