Earthlings might be scrambling to find liquid hydrocarbons buried in our planet, but Saturn's moon Titan has plenty to spare.

Scientists say that a dark, smooth surface feature spotted on the moon last year is definitely a liquid lake filled primarily with ethane, a simple hydrocarbon.

The problem with bringing in hydrocarbons from elsewhere, is that it will consume even more of the Earth's oxygen, and continue to add more and more CO2 to environment. A balance must be maintained. It would be better if a way is found to recover the carbon already in the environment first, and find a way to recycle it into usable products. Then, if there is still a need, then consider. The ability to recycle will ensure long-term survivability, let alone increased productivity, and advancement.

Someone tell Bush, the people of Titan are being oppressed and there are weapons of mass destruction there.

If we don't act now we will be under attack by the people of Titan. They are godless creatures after all. I say strike first. Operation Space Storm. To be followed by other cute and peaceful sounding names.
We can re-build their planet with money from selling their oil so it won't cost us anything and the oppressed space creatures will greet us as liberators.
