It is beyond the realm of imagination on most fitness sites to ever talk about losing muscle on purpose. I know I have disrupted the bodybuilding gods by even typing this phrase! I don't think this topic should be looked at from a negative point of view. I came across this blog as I was researching for ways on how to bulk down my upper body. I am a tall woman with an athletic build and my problem is that I bulk up fast.

I try to eat healty and excercise with cardo and weights for toning. But my biggest fear is that instead of toning down my body frame, it remains the same but more muscle and less fat. I dont want to look like a body builder, but instead be in good shape and be form fitting.
