Obama has a hard time debating anyone. Good luck trying to find record of any debate that he has been a part of, even in against Alan Keyes, his state Senate campaigns, or his community organizing (that last one isn't real, but the way those three items are always strung together as the talking points, I figured I would throw that in). He has changed his mind about the townhall debates, though I am sure it was never his plan to debate John McCain that way. He performs best in front of a partial crowd, a teleprompter, and in long oratories. He will get none of those debating. I would not be surprised if he somehow wiggled out of the 3 "standard" debates, citing some incredulous bias and instead giving a long speech following a concert of some sort before thousands.

If Obama really believes in the change he espouses, he should have no objection to Barr joining the debates. McCain has the most to fear, but since he's already loosing well enough on his own, he shouldn't object either.

The commission is a joke, but it's the sort of thing I expect from Washington. The guys in power don't like anyone who threatens their power.
Whether or not Bob can win is irrelevant. The Presidential election is neither a popularity contest nor a numbers game. The only way to change the system is to raise awareness about the better candidate, whatever his party affiliation may be. -
