Hum interesting, so I checked.
The notion that “They're deleting "reviews" by people who haven't read the book” doesn’t hold water.

Of the 9 reviews with a 5 star rating I found these gems.

Note: Didn’t read the book but his neg reviews were pulled. Wrote same review with 5 stars stays up.

Most likely didn’t read it but it’s a Neg review with a 5 star rating

I looked up Hannity’s book and found 1,672 reviews
471 reviews at 1 star.
If ya read some of them its obvious that a lot of em never read Hannity’s book as well.

“They're deleting "reviews" by people who haven't read the book” just doesn’t fly unless it’s something they are doing just for Nancy’s book.
