Once you get passed the politicians then you are forced to deal with deal the bureaucrats the politicians have put into power. Most of them operate like little tin dictators running a 3rd world country. If anybody ever gets a handle on fixing what's wrong with Washington D.C. they will have to close down hundreds of agencys and bureaucracies and fire tons of bureaucrats. Also, I'll bet it will be a real fight because those guys won't go quietly but without doing so you can never fix the problems.
