Mr. McCain has pumped out a series of brutal yet entertaining attack ads and Web videos mocking the press and Mr. Obama, and the combination of wit and insult has pushed his YouTube channel to the sixth most watched on the site this week. Mr. McCain has beat Mr. Obama's channel for seven straight days and 11 of the past 14 days, in a signal he intends to compete for the YouTube vote.

LOL. Liberals whine about the world hating us, our economy sucks, we're in a recession or depression, we have bred more terrorists, and our Constitutional Rights eroded. Who has really done the fear mongering?? As for lies....what part of McCain's ads were lies??? Why cant Liberals handle the truth, without resorting to lies, to accuse of lying??? Hypocrites.

You neocons can't handle the truth! That's why you keep filling your minds and your mouths with lies. You think if you keep telling them, they will erase the ugly truth of the depths to which you have devolved...sink a little lower and you will be on par with primordial slime!!

Neocons have fallen so low that they actually think ugliness is beautiful, lies are truth, war brings peace, loss of freedoms mean security, Bush is brilliant, and Cheney's a sharpshooter!

Let me ask you Obama supporters this, what change can we believe in. Higher taxes for a group of people who already pay 70% of the taxes in this country. What is his change for an energy plan other than getting a tune-up, inflating tires and spending $50k for a hybrid (that I can't afford to fix if it breaks down)... He is a typical Liberal Democrat. Why should I let Obama take my hard earned $$$ and give it to some lazy, uneducated, unmotivated loser who didn't care about his grades in highschool.. never went on to college and now is working at Walmart for $8/hr. It is not my job to support the poor/ignorant people of this world/country... I worked hard to get a great job that pays me alot of money... I deserve the money not some schmuck making $8/hr... who thought it would be more fun to ditch school, smoke crack and live off the backs of others. The biggest joke of Obama's campaign is that he has no experience... would a fortune 500 company hire some one as CEO with literally no experience... Being the U.S. President is the most important job in the world and we have a candidate that has no experience to do it... who is so ignorant that he will hurt this country more than Jimmy Carter. Let me tell you who will vote for Obama.. the elite liberals, poor people, blacks, illegals and anyone looking for a government hand out...(in other words.. my money)

I am very worried about Obama being able to win in Nov, I have been a VERY early supporter, but now am questioning his judgement. He has the opportunity for an unbeatable dream ticket w Oboma/Clinton, but is letting ego srtand in the way of winning. If Hillary is not on his ticket for VP, then he'd better be prepared to lose......Only two positions he can offer her #1 VP,,or #2 cabinet position of health care, either way it needs to be announced at the convention and/or sooner to save his chanaced.Hillary is a great attack dog and con get out there and put down all the dirt, before McCain buries him in it!

um....God is about love and yes He is about understanding....Which is why liberals like yourself (i know....libs always claim that they're conservative when their actions and words speak otherwise) try to remove prayer from schools, take the word "God" out of the pledge of allegiance....Or how about the 10 commandments monument? You know the one that was ripped out of that courthouse in Alabama?
Reply
Whereas gay-pride statues in California or allowed to stand, dipping a cross in urine is considered art in this country and God has conveniently and secretly been removed from just about everything and anything in our country....
Who do you think is responsible for this ? Sure isn't conservatives....It's the liberals...It's funny when you look at the big picture and really dig deep into why the world is the way it is, it all comes down to broken families, a narcissistic lifestyle and God removed from everything and anything....Because in today's world it's not the COOL thing to do...You know, pray or love God....The cool thing is to denounce Him and do your own thing...whatever feels good...
I'm afraid liberals are the reason for this...This "open-mindedness" to almost anything goes is what's hurting our society and our children...Just one guy's opinion, but I call it like I see it....
Liberals have made it their personal vendetta to take God and religion out of just about everything we do....I mean, honestly.....Read some of the posts in here about Bush wearing his religion on his sleeve....We have a loser named Goppy that is always belittling Christian conservatives....So, being a Christian and loving God is not the most popular thing to do in our society....But it's certainly the RIGHT thing to do....-

Everyone who helped write the constitution was christian. Of various denominations, but christian. All believing in the one and only God. In fact, the first thing they did before even writing the first letter of the constitution was pray together despite their different religions. Believing in God and following his word is not a religion, by the way. It's different practices and rituals that mainly make up a religion.

Because of the types of things FSU92grad mentions, our country seems to be heading in the direction where God "may not be the NEXT American's God." But that's a sad and terrible thing. I can guarantee you the further we as individuals or as a nation move away from God, the quicker we lead ourselves into destruction.

FYI-My 85 year old mother said they never said the word God in the Pledge of Allegiance when she was a child (in Catholic school). If we say God we need to also say Yaweh, Allah, etc. This country is a melting pot of religions. It is not just Christian. And, Yes, I am a Christian and a hospice nurse who helps my patients "go home to their Lord", whichever one they believe in at their death.

n addition, it appears you have done no research as to the particulars on drilling. Obama stated he does not favor drilling, but in order to see that a lofty legislation poised for a vote in the Senate passes, he would be willing to give in in a controlled manner.
If you had bothered to read his book, you would know that this is his concept for governance - finding middle ground through negotiation.

You seem to admit here that the two are a quite different thing. You fools will do anything to keep Corporate America in charge. Obama is no messiah, no quick cure for everything. But he is certainly better than staying the course, continuing to run massive deficits, while borrowing funding for overseas ventures like Iraq.
And it is quite clear that your greatest fear is that of intellectualism. It clearly befuddles you. Therefore you lash out. You ARE at the very least a hate monger and that IS the reason you are a neocon. Congrats! I think your side is winning the spin war by a huge margin. You are doing a great job of confusing the gullible masses. Otherwise this wouldn't even be close. Obama is either an idiot or an intellectual, you can't seem to make up your mind. Both seem to work as pejoratives for your side. I think Obama has maybe a 15% chance of pulling this out. America will suffer the consequences. But you get what you deserve...
But you chickenhawks haven't captured Bin Laden or done anything to stop the poison spread in the madrassas. I have no hesitation saying that Iraq will continue to be a major problem for decades to come. Something tells me the IA may be a future enemy someday soon. The iraqi's have used us as babysitters but if (not the neocon plan), or when we leave they will resort to their old violent ways. The core problem is that Iraq is truly a nation divided, always has been. We can't solve that, other than partition the communities as we did in the Surge. If they can't get at each other the violence ebbs as we now see. But that will not last. Still a massive number of scores to be settled.

I would say the person who said, "Mission Accomplished" regarding Iraq uttered the Joke of the millenium. Wait and see what becomes of that continuing mess. Weird that someone like Ahmed Chalabi who helped to lead us to war with false information is reeking millions from oil revenues while we go further and further into debt every day. Chalabi "is an important part of the process," said Col. Steven Boylan, Petraeus' spokesman. "He has a lot of energy." Yes, for a con man!

From Dreams of My Father: 'I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites..'
From Dreams of My Father : 'I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race.'
From Dreams of My Father: 'There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.'
From Dreams of My Father: 'It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.'
From Dreams of My Father: 'I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa , that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself , the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.'
And FINALLY the Most Damming one of ALL of them!!!
From Audacity of Hope: 'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.'
This guy will ruin America!-

All taken out of context. All have a meaning that is completely different then what you state. For example, the last one that is the "most damning" is actually a statement pertaining to the effect that he will stand with Muslims, or any immigrant group, that are going to have rights stripped away due to xenophobia. I've read his books. I advise you to do the same so you know what you speak of.

Even if the You Tubers are going to the site to check out McCain, doubtful when as has been said Britney, Paris and Obama are also mentioned.....how many You Tubers will get up off their butts and find their way to register to vote???? Then we'll see if they get up off their butts to go to the polls or if they even know when the general election is being held!!! I will not take a lot of stock in the poll of You Tubers. Give me the little white haired ladies in Iowa.

American voters have wised up to Barack Hussein Obama, who has no values, no experience, no judgement, and is simply playing a role. The Democrats first tried to get Dennis Haysbert for the part, but he was already President on "24."
Reply
Notice that Obama is afraid to face McCain in any Town Hall Meetings. In front of a Teleprompter, with plenty of support from speechwriters and plenty of rehearsals, Obama appears to be a brilliant public speaker. However, Obama cannot think on his feet. In an ad hoc setting, he is Elmer Fudd reincarnated. -

I cannot see why people are even looking at dem's way, after all it was Clinton who took cap off oil prices before he left office. He said it no longer had any meaning, but ohh it sure did.and i read the book of Obama's and i can not beleive some of the racist things in it. I would perfer the republican way ,and our government needs to control things more, but I dont beleive they need to bail out banks and motgage companies etc. maybe give them guidelines or something like that to help but if they fail thats there fault. We America built the Alaskian pipeline but we get NO oil from it ,its all sold off over seas ,maybe we need to look into changing that.

Are people under 30 supposed to automatically start drooling when we see that self-righteous, self-entitled, chain-smoking, skinny socialist? Please, start giving the younger, YouTube generation some credit. Our generation's version of the infamous Jimmy Carter is getting either a big laugh or a big yawn. The only Caucasians I know who are even voting for this same-old, same-old are patronizingly racist baby boomers who think that it somehow ennobles them to 'vote for a black guy'. FYI: Some of us still want it the MLK way'on the content of our character.

I want it the MLK way as well, which is why I gave Sen. McCain an honest look and I will continue to do so. However, his recent ads have significantly lowered his character in my book. I still admit to his sense of humor.

John McCain is as phony as a 3 dollar bill. He criticizes O'Bama for not being specific and yet he is as vague as anyone could be. He is old, tired, not well, with a violent temper. His wife is truly a celebrity "b" with silver spoons dripping out of her mouth. I would say both are typically republican, arrogant, bigoted and greedy. John McCain needs to drill his own hole. America and the world has to stop using oil or else. In the interim, we have enough oil to make it. Money should be spent on new sources of energy which are sure things. We have the scientists and the expertise in this country to do it......it must be done so move out of the way corporations and greedy republicans!

In Obama'a formative years, which are the most important in your life, he went to a Muslim school and was raised as a Muslim. He is using his black identity to get votes. At heart he is Muslim and the Karam is his bible. If it comes down to it he will fight for the Muslims and abandon the United States. The whites as well as blacks should think of that. He is no more for the blacks than the whites. What percentage of his blood is black or white? He is all Muslim and hiding it to fool people into voting for him. It will be a great tragedy for the United States if he is President. I was Democrat all my life (I am 60) but changed to Republican because I didn't want BILLary OR Obama as my President.

Stop escalating this meaningless stupid agitation. Our country is dividing further and unless we start cooperating, our future is hopeless. We all need to make sacrifices to 1) pay off the national debt, 2) develop alternate clean energy sources so we can become independent of oil (foreign and domestic), 3) meaningfully educate our children for the challenges of the future, 4) have a workable emigration policy, and free our cities of gang-wars and drug-related violence. -

As a veteran I don't want a president who doesn't wear an American Flag pin until he is asked why he doesn't wear one. I am also worried about voting in a president to be commander and chief and he isn't willing to shake the hand of a soldier. Obama is only willing to mingle with the high ranking officials and doesn't have time for the soldier who puts his or her life on the line on a daily basis. Also, what kind of American doesn't put their hand over their heart when the national anthem is played? Is this who we want for president? Senator Obama voted against English as being the primary language spoken in America. Abraham Lincoln said it best when he said, anyone who votes against the constitution of the United States should be hung until dead. By the way Hillary voted the same way......Which evil will we pick this election?

Interestingly, this article fails to mention the fact that Obama's channel has 67,501 subscribers to McCain's 10,600.
Reply
Also not mentioned are the consistently low ratings of Mr. McCain's videos compared to Obama's nearly perfect 5 star rating on every video posted.
Sure, McCain's views are high, but people aren't liking what they see and they are rating it down. Calling this a victory is like 1000 people getting poisoned by bad Whoppers, and someone writing an article praising Burger King for selling 1000 burgers. -

I can't even Imagine Obama as PRESIDENT of the USA. We all want change but this guy keeps lousy company, has no experience and doesn't have a clue about what this country stands for much less make anuy meaningful changes. I think that is popularity is the pinultimate of stupidity. I may not keep the best of company, but my friends pale in comparison to his associates. My friends do not curse our country, do not call fellow Americans apathetic people who hold on to their BIBLE and GUNS, talk about penalizing the very companies that give us a job by increasing taxes just to give it to the government so that they can continue to waste it. The government is spending money that isn't theirs, on things that will get them elected. We are talking about the Presidency of the USA. This guy will say anything and do whatever it takes to lead our country to a grand redistribution of money for the masses. We need a president that at least has given to his country rather that a do-gooder that wants a new world order.

It's funny how many people are saying liberals cant take the heat and are playing dirty. That is almost always the republicans game. How can you state they cant handle criticism and in the same paragraph say it's unfair to make fun of McCain. Do you see a double standard there or is that just me? I am republican but I never voted for Bush and im voting Obama. 8 years of Bush was enough for me thanks. I realy dont want to prolong his ideas anymore.

Do even you DemocRats want another guy with questionable morals in the White House, or should he go straight to the Big House? Obama’s political career was launched with the help of unrepentant
Reply
terrorist William Ayres and his wife, Bernadine Dohrn with a
fund-raiser in their home. This event came years after the couple
detonated bombs in the Pentagon, the U. S. Capitol, and New York City
police headquarters. When Obama purchased his new home in 2006 he
toured the property with corrupt businessman and political
fund-raiser Tony Rezko when it was already known that Rezko was under
criminal investigation. Obama bought this house for $300,000 below the
asking price while Rezko’s wife paid the same seller $625,000 for
the adjoining 9,000 square foot lot. In 2003, Rezko had hosted a big
fund-raiser in his home when Obama ran for the Democratic nomination
for U. S Senator. Obama co-authored an Illinois law that created $26
million in tax credits to Rezko and 5 other developers to create
public housing in Chicago. Due to lack of maintenance the units these
developers built and prospered handsomely from have all become ruined
slums and some face demolition. Besides Rezko, one of these
developers is Allison Davis, Obama’s former employer, and current
campaign supporter. Allison collected more than $100 million in
affordable housing subsidies for the complex he built that now faces
demolition for lack of maintenance. Despite this corrupt failure,
Obama is currently campaigning for a federal Affordable Housing Trust
Fund to throw another $500 million of taxpayers’ money to these and
similar cronies. National Journal concluded that in 2007 Obama’s
voting record was the most leftist in the Senate, even to the left of
Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Barbara Boxer, and SELF-DESCRIBED
SOCIALIST Bernie Sanders. While being a socialist may not be
mainstream, this pales alongside his relationships with these
“friends”. When combined with other friends such as Rev. Wright,
and Farrakhan, any reasonable person must seriously question whether
someone with this judgment and moral character is fit for the presidency.-

He wants to take my hard earned money and give it to some uneducated, unmotivated, lazy loser who is working at Walmart for $8/hr. I have no pitty for the person who rather spend $5 for a latte everyday instead of healthcare for himself or his/her family. I don't care if that person never owns a home... I worked hard to get good grades, worked my way thru college and thru graduate school taking jobs way beneath my education and skills just to get where I am... so I have no pitty for the loser working minimum wage and struggling to get by... cause chances are they goofed around in high school, made poor decisions and now are living in a dump with no health insurance.

The thing missing in all the comments above is an expression of REALLY LIKING McCain! All the Republican views are about how "bad" in various ways Obama is. I don't see any comments about how smart McCain is about energy or the environment or the economy or the war! How about his stand on abortion, on guns on gay marriage? What about him as the GREAT Christian? What about him as a great personality or a comment on how wonderfully he represents the feelings of the people in this country? No! All we hear is that Barack is dumb and liberal and a Muslim and lying! Wow!
Reply
Does anyone LOVE McCain or do people just hate Barack?
If you hate Barack, why is that? Is it because he is Black? Is it because he is Black, but you don't want to admit that that is the reason? Is it because he is a Black who is not being trampled on by white people? Is it because he is bright, articulate, sane, and a great speaker? Does it put you to shame to see a Black man like that?
Or do you even bother to think about it. Do you just go by your gut reaction?
Or, worse, to you just listen to Rush Limbaugh and his type of speaker and let them do all your thinking for you? .........Yea! That would be easier than THINKING for yourself about the issues, or looking for yourself and seeing the goodness of Barach and the fact that he represents a change for the US!
A vote for McCain is a vote for Bush. They are not different. McCain voted WITH Bush over 95% of the time!-

I believe McCains policies simply make more sense. I look at a Obama and see an idealistic kid with talent but no experience, lacking the wisdom and strength that comes with lifes trials. I find the thought of him being in charge intimidating.

He just said the other day that America is not what it could be, used to be. I can promise you as soon as those words left BO's mouth Axlerod's sphincter tightened up like a vise. It’s a dumb thing to say even though it's true.
Only it's not what it used to be because of this insane liberal movement (Obama's party) plaguing this county similar to the anti communist movement in the 50's. They're almost the same except completely opposite. One thing they have in command is they are run by idiots and very anti American.
Today in the United States of America things are different for instance:
Criminals once feared the law and good citizens had little fear.
The bill of rights was once used as our contract for justice now it's analyzed.
The right of free speech was once exercised now it's criticized.
We once were lied to for are own good now we're lied to for their own (elected officials) good.
I can go on and on for days about what's wrong with this country fact is someone looking for a job to run my country shouldn't tell me my country isn't what it used to be when that persons views reflect what's wrong with my country. There are groups that think they're doing good things but they are tearing apart and trampling on my rights. Who are these groups? It’s any group that favors the wrong other than the right. Really any liberal group, I used to be a liberal I hated Bush Sr. thought the Gulf War was ******** and Panama was a cover up because Noriega was allied with Bush during his time with the CIA and might talk. Then I stopped doing drugs cleared my head and could see that I was right the government sucks. Only the left is worst than the right, any group that is pro oppression is bad for this country.

It's America's fear of what they have done to Black people and the fact that they may be seeing more Black faces in leadership and with a different religion than they are used to that scares them. This country needs to face the reparations issue and their oppression against black people. President Obama needs to address this issue once and for all. There needs to be an apology for slavery, segregation and Jim Crow. Then this country can begin to heal. Obama needs to totally revamp the justice system so convictions are based on the percentage of race. They are now disproportionate. He needs to use the power of the President to pardon unjustly convicted Black men and return them to their families. Then he can be proud again of this country.
