The Barr channel is awesome. I LOVE the Barr chats bec it feels like Bob is just having a casual conversation with you, and explaining extremely important and sometimes complex issues in simple terms.

Bob Barr is too thoughtful and intelligent to win an election. He's out there doing the difficult work, for sure. The powerful won't trust him to be easly manipulated, and the far left and far right are too rigid to consider him. Bob is a realist in many respects.-

Bob is doing the tough work, and I have the utmost respect him for that.

I have a slightly less pessimistic outlook on things - I actually have some hope for some change. Even if Bob doesn't win, change can still be had. Proving that there is a significant voting block interested in personal freedom, smaller government, and a balanced budget can achieve this. Just like the voting block after perot ran - they were such a significant voting block that those in power had to make change for them. For example the balanced budget during the clinton era.
We get him in the debates and then we'll see how much of America will side with reason.

It is easy to see Bob Barr is a serious American, not a politician. I wish the example was about something truly important like cutting spending, the energy crisis, illegal immigration, taxes, federal debt. I hope he is for eliminating income taxes. The National ID is one of the few things I might support. It would help prevent non-citizens from accessing everything (paid for by our tax $$) they shouldn't and from driving too. The IRS already knows everything about me, I' not worried. -

I am positively convinced that Bob Barr will "steal" enough votes from john "hypocrite & confederate racist" McCain that his defeat is already written for the history books.
