I think Joe Lieberman has really lost his marbles; I doubt he will be able to get elected again. An overwhelming majority of American Jews consider Hagee and the Christian Zionist movement to be another form of antiSemitism, as do I.
Reply
This idea of "hard core Jews" is the new antiSemitism; it comes cloaked in radical Christian ideology. As Ann Coulter describes it, the Jew who does not accept Christ as his savior is (considered) an "UNPERFECTED" Jew.-

It's important to remember that it was AFTER John Hagee claimed that Catholicism is the 'Great W-hore'

that John McCain sought the endorsement of John Hagee.
John McCain's pandering to the Christian Conservative's bigotry was the final straw for me ... leading me to understand that it was a joke to ever imagine this fellow is capable of 'Straight Talk'.
He's an opportunist of the most extreme type ... just look at the fundamental way in which he dumped his first wife after she lost her youthful beauty in a car accident. -

Spadecaller, Sen. Joe Lieberman has NOT lost his marbles! HE now has the freedom to say and do whatever he so desires because if you will remember, the DEMS, (the poor idiots they are) threw Lieberman under the bus when he ran for re-election! So, he ran as an Independent!!!
Reply
Anyway, the DEMS want to take this country so far to the LEFT, that most people are not going to go that way or vote for ANYONE who wants them to be so RIDUCULOUSLY LIBERAL and SO FAR TO THE LEFT! UGH! AND, I would be willing to betcha that Lieberman will easily win re-election! Another thing, you need to be aware of is that HAGEE is right. And the Jewish people have a problem with ANYONE who preaches about the LORD JESUS CHRIST (the "MESSIAH") because the JEWS do not believe JESUS has EVER come to earth in the first place. They deny his birth, his death on the cross and his shed blood and his Resurrection on the third day! BUT, there will come a time in the GREAT Tribulation that they will cry out to JESUS and JESUS will destroy ALL....ALL....ALL Nations that have come against ISRAEL to destroy HER! Israel will be saved because JESUS will intervene.....and those trying to destroy her, will DIE!
I didn't hear the Ann Coulter comment, however, if you do not accept JESUS as your LORD AND SAVIOUR, you will die in your sins......separated from GOD ALMIGHTY for all ETERNITY! However, remember, if you read your bible.....which, given your post, I doubt you do, REMEMBER this one thing......When the believers are taken out of this world to be with JESUS, a man will come into power known as the "anti-christ". The anti-christ will "imitate" everything JESUS has done. From his kind and gentle spirit, when he signs a peace pact with ISRAEL for 7 1/2 yrs, but he will break it in 3 1/2 years and all "hell" will literally break loose on this earth! The anti-christ later on will be shot in the head or will be shot fatally and will die and will come back to earth and people will proclaim that the anti-christ is JESUS. He isn't. But people will believe that he is....when in fact, it will be satan himself in a man's body.....deceiving everyone. And watch out when he goes and sits in the rebuilt TEMPLE proclaiming that "he is GOD".........there will be a time on this earth that has never been since the beginning of time and never will be again.......So.......you can believe what you so desire about all this....that is your "freewill". However, I choose to believe GOD ALMIGHTY and I will stake my life on "THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD". IT is going to happen and soon! And you can bank on that!

I am a true believer in Christ and know that he is our saviour. Being a true believer in Christ I want all to come to him.
Reply
Hagees' ways are not my ways.
Yes we know what will happen.
We are supposed to present Christ as the opportunity to have everlasting life, since that is what he sacrificed his life for.
No where in the Bible have I read where we are supposed to beat people up for not being Christians. It seems to me we are supposed to present the Gospel for what it is the good news. Not the words to condemn others.
Doesn't the world already do that? Don't we Christians need to have a life different from the ones who spread war and hate.
That woman at the end of the video. How hateful she sounded. I knew what she meant. But she said it all wrong . She seemed to revel in the fact that most are going to perish because of denying Christ.
Funny, I don't remember Christ being happy about it at all. In fact I remember him being angry with those tried to keep his salvation from others.
If one remembers the apostle Paul, was once Saul who persecuted the Christians unto death. He being a Pharisee who held the cloaks of some who stoned Stephen to death.
Yet after his conversion, he taught both gentile and Jew. He knew God wanted all to have this gift of his love.
This is what is lost in a lot of teachings today. Gods true love for his creation.
I don't think God wants us to teach hate of others. We do that quite well enough without being taught to.
It is OK to hate what someone does. But it is not good to hate what God created.
Besides, look what has happened on a supposed Christian Bushes watch. Yeah that sure is bringing a lot of people to Christ isn't it?
Try a little more love and kindness as preached by Jesus Christ. Those who choose to reject him are given that choice. We are not their judges, nor are they ours'.
So why fight with someone and waste time. We don't covert anyone anyway. The Holy Spirit does. All we can do is try to lead them to Christ. And we don't do that by hatred. -

Good question cowboygrandpa. Besides, I don;t recall Jesus ever denouncing his Judaism. Wasn't the Last Supper Passover? Who is spreading the "Good News" by labeling who is and isn't the "antiChrist:?" There is a lot of ignorance rising in this nation.
Hitler also insisted "God is with us". Did God choose a particular religiion to endorse? Would God not love a righteous atheist as much as a righteous Christian, Jew, Muslim? Where is this God of love? In Hagee's Church? In Washington?
Is it God or the people who cultivate hate for Jews, Muslims, Mexicans, homosexuals, and atheists? Hagee, McCain, Lieberman are proving an old and dangerous lesson to be true; people are capable of finding the rationalizations necessary to condemn and kill milliions.-

You know I find it sad that people think God hates people.
God doesn't hate people, he does hate certain behaviors. But he loves the people anyway. That is why he sent his son Jesus Christ to die for our sins.
If he hated us he would just let us perish with no opportunity of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Man doesn't need any rationalization to kill.
Look at Cain and Abel.
Hatred is bred through jealousy, pride, fear, greed, lust, ignorance.....
All these things are what a man/woman bring with them into life.
Then they attack those with whom they don't agree.
Sound familiar, like a lot of so called religions.

The highest form of sharing is to give, when the recipient does not know from whom it came, and the giver does not know by whom it was received.
In contrast, those that label and judge entire groups of people as good or bad, have the conceited ignorance to believe that they have discovered the will of God and it's their purpose to "share" it with the rest of us, as if it were their gift to humanity.
We have a lot people, so called religious people and politicians, pretending to be God. -

Hypochrisy 101 has captured the nation. Lieberman? Yeah, but DeLay, Armey,Inhofe,Pence, and SO many more spout the same supportive messages to this crowd. It's good for their business - which is NOT serving our nation, but gaining ever more power and money for their campaign coffers and themselves. Menachem Begin gave Falwell a private jet in 1979 and awarded him the coveted Jabotinsky Medal ( the ONLY gentile ever to receive it) in 1980 for..........."outstanding achievement". I might ask, achievement of WHAT? Bringing the world

closer to an acceptance of their fellow man? Not hardly.
When I was a kid I was playing with some boys down the street. They said something about the "dirty Jews being Christ killers". After, "Uh-uh!" - I went on to tell them that that wasn't true. They ran to "tell" their mother and I went to tell mine. The upshot? Their mother and father refused to allow them to play with me. Big loss - right?
These people on the video are the SAME people. They have certainly revamped their strategy since those days in the 1950's - but they are the same. How can any thinking person NOT see through their agenda? These people profess a divine reason for raising up God's chosen people - and all the while they are hoping and praying that, in the
end, their God will CRUSH them for being Jewish. It is just too bizarre!-

Well, my childhood was sadly lacking in spiritual background. But I do remember my dad hating just about everybodies religion. He was consistent about it, he hated it all.
We went to church a few times, none that I rememeber. But I do remember the pastor who lived across the street from us. He was ridiculed and despised in our party till you drop neighborhood.
I went to his ministry a few times and that was where I got my start. He wasn't a Jew hater. He used to say how can I hate what my saviour is.
The Jews didn't kill Christ nor the Romans. They carried out the acts. But all mankind caused the death of Christ. He died for all of our sins, and no one had the power to take his life he gave it to us.
That is where so many fail to see the Love of Jesus Christ for them. He gave his life and blood for our lives of sin. Not so that he could condemn us, but so that he could save us.
We judge ourselves. So to will the ones like Hagee and those who preach a hatred of the way of God.
They have their rewards with their gold and silver and a following of the lost seeking their own way.

Although John Hagee has the right to say whatever he pleases, it does not mean he should. His vitriolic speech which twists hatred and Christianity into a finely woven web might irritate and dissuade nonbelievers into thinking he is just purely evil. He tarnishes the name of Christianity to the point that nonbelievers would disavow themselves of all religion as nothing more than moronic hocus pocus.
Reply
As for the politicians who fall for his rhetoric, Joe Lieberman is a Republican wolf in a cheap suit playing it up for the Dems when he wants. Hagee is a bizarre and twisted soul who should not have as much power as he does. When will the IRS step in and stop his money making scheme?
Finally, McCain (the point of this article) had no business accepting an endorsement or any sort of money from him or his ****** followers. -

Hagee obviously does not recognize anti-Christ qualities in himself. He is here, he is now, and he is obviously plotting away to bring about an Apocalypse. And his right hand man is Jewish, so that makes the head of his organization half-jewish.

During the half a year I worked for Berg Christian Enterprises, the owner, Alan Berg, often told me (and anyone else in ear shot) that, as we were all sinners, good deeds did not get a person into heaven, only accepting Christ as your savior did that. "God does not love a good man, God loves a faithful man!" Reverend Berg would boom out, then smile and nod to everyone.
Reply
I sat, saddened, thinking, "God does not love a good man?" And, I have to admit that Alan Berg's philosophy of what God does and does not love, was instrumental in making me the agnostic I am today.
I do not hate Christians, nor do I think they are wrong to believe in God, I just can't sign on with a God that does not love good men.
I'm sure pastor Hagee and most of his flock would say I'm part of that "wrong way" and that wonderful woman, so loving, will be all too happy to have me "learn the hard way". I will have nothing to do with her hateful stripe, she speaks the way she does, cruelly and full of hatred, because she believes good deeds are worthless, she is going to heaven and she is thrilled others are not. My agnosticism is confirmed.-

I'm sorry that this man has put out his version of Christianity 101 without actually having the wisdom to see the harm he was doing.
Yes I too have listened to people spout their partial parts of the Bible. Picking what is most comfortable to them.
I also remember a parabale about a pharisee and and an admitted wretched sinner in the temple. The pharisee beat his chest and bragged about how much he gave and how he kept the laws there by he must be great in Gods eyes.
The wretched humble man kept his eyes downcast and humbly asked for his forgiveness.
Guess who went about it the rigjht way.
Many like the praise of man and want to feel holy. That would be the pharisee.
Others know they are not worthy but are loved and forgiven through Gods' mercy and their admittance to being wrong humbly asking for mercy.
There are many self confessed Christians who will be told by Christ I knew you not. As is warned of in the Bible.
They will claim to have done his work, but without love behind it, it is not his work.
I could argue with fools like that all day. But Jesus also warned us not to cast our pearls among swine. If people will not listen do not force them to.
I believe he is warning people not to get so proud of what they are doing that they forget why and who they are doing it for. It is not for our gain but those whom we seek to share with.
I too have had run ins with foul so called Christians who only loved their so called righteousness.
Yet I remember Jesus saying that none are holy except God. -

You always end up stressing another topic which invariably centers on your hatred for Israel and Jews, as if any Jew who supports the right for Israel to exist (Zionist) is automatically guilty in your eyes.
The topic, Anti-Semitism, does not appear to be a subject you are able to discuss, because your long track record of hate prevents you from understanding the nature of such bigotry.-

Hyper, will see one day that his hatred was wrong. He seems to blame the Jewish community for the ills of the world. We all know that isn't true.
Some people focus on Christians , some Muslims, others Jews, still others blame all of religion. There always has to be the proverbial scapegoat to accept the blame for the ills of the world.
When in reality it is up to each of us to live in the manner in which we do honor to our beliefs.
It is easy to blame others while not seeking to correct ones own disillusions.
To focus on the evils of one group means tpo ignore or accept the evils of another.
At least that is how I see it. -

Well spade, I would suggest you are suffering from extreme hypocrisy, which might end up costing you and your family dearly.

Look at it this way. More and more americans are rejecting "christian zionism" advocacy of ethnic cleansing in palestine and as they come to recognize how vile it is, they are likely to also end up rejecting another equally vile ideology with the same ends, i.e. zionism. To the extent that american jews continue to support ethnic cleansing and a racist apartheid state, american jews will also be identified with zionism and rejected.
Those who think will do so for highly moral reasons, things like all men are created equal and have equal rights to justice. But not all will be thinkers.
When this blowback grows, the zionists will actually be happy that you have to suffer from it. They are already desperate to shanghai american jews into coming to israel (after all jews are only 35% of the population of palestine) and are setting up programs to entice you. In the end, I would not be surprised to see the same kinds of campaigns as the zionists used to make mideastern jews move to israel - namely zionist attacks on jews.
Are you really ready to move to Israel because the zionists want to force you to do so?
Frankly I don't think you have ever understood the nature of anti-semitism, If you had, you would not be using cries of anti-semitism to cover up crimes against humanity. Instead, you would be doing everything you could to avoid and reverse zionist crimes against humanity.
