Georgia and Russia Nearing All-Out War »
Posted By Beau7890 1 year, 3 months ago in NewsThe conflict between Russia and the former Soviet republic of Georgia moved toward full-scale war on Saturday, as Russia sent warships to land ground troops in the disputed territory of Abkhazia and broadened its bombing campaign across Georgia.
The fighting that had sharply escalated when Georgian forces tried to retake the capital of South Ossetia, a pro-Russian region that won de facto autonomy from Georgia in the early 1990s, appeared to be developing into the worst clashes between Russia and a foreign military since the invasion of Afghanistan in 1979.

And if those 2000 troops had been sent to Georgia you libs would be crying and whimpering like babies. You know you think you can have it both ways but you can't.

I knew it all along. The Bush policy of agression with Russia's neighbors and the radar sites was the straw that broke the camels back. If Russia was doing these things here in this hemisphere, we would have been at war long ago. I think that Russia has actually been extremely tolerant for a long time.

Russia supplies Oil and Gas to Europe. So one has to wonder who wants that stopped. Who wants to control all the oil and gas in the world? Couldn't be Bush and his Buddies now could it? Seems they are always in everyone's country either invading or trying to control it all. One doesn't have to be a rocket scientists to figure that one out. And war is profitable for their friends and themselves. Of course it costs the ordinary folks a fortune. Trillions of tax dollars.

Even money for Aid goes to weapons like with Israel. Much of the money that is given to them in Aid must be used to buy weapons form the US friends of Bush and Company. -

There are only three ways to get it out:
- East to China
- West through Iran, Russia, and Turkey to Europe
- South through Afghanistan and Pakistan
The Taliban who controlled Afghanistan before 9/11 made pipeline deals with non-US companies and refused to change them to give control of the region's resources to the US
